Take your massage to the next level with any or all modalities and skills that I have acquired through nearly two decades of professional experience and ongoing professional development.
Optional integrative techniques can be incorporated, when appropriate, such as hot stones, ice, dynamic cupping, fascial thera-gun application, stretching, myofascial release techniques, essential oil or analgesic application.
Stretching, Thai techniques and stretching, sport stretching and instruction. These portions of your treatment not only assist to relieve tension, but help you to avoid injury in sport and activity as well.
Smooth Basalt Hot stones are used to increase blood flow to areas of tightness or concern, warm up the tissues and reduce tension. The addition of heat increases treatment effectiveness by allowing me to work more deeply with your muscle tissue.
Cupping therapy dates back to ancient Egyptian, African, and Asian cultures. Dynamic Cupping uses suction and negative pressure to increase circulation and to soften myofascial and muscular structures, loosen scars or adhesions, and ease stubborn knots.
Fascial thera-gun application assists with stubborn areas, or severely adhered areas that require a deeper treatment approach..
Ice is used for purposes such as inflammation reduction, or pain reduction.
Essential oils and analgesic applications and usage are used when appropriate for a wide variety of purposes from pain and inflammation reduction, through to immune support, or even labour induction.
